Imperative (my life the past 7+years 😁 ) was acquired by Chronus. 🎉 🌱 #Belief: oxford def. "Trust, faith, or confidence in someone or something." It's the word I keep coming back to as I reflect on this #milestone. 8 years ago, Aaron Hurst gave me a language and vehicle to unlock my own #purpose at work. I read his book "The Purpose Economy" 3 times. As an HR leader at the time in Chicago, I brought Imperative's purpose tools to the 100+ employees and saw the #magic of helping everyone own their career through the lens of purpose. 🌱 I believed. Over the past 6+ years joining as a cofounder to help scale the magic, we built and launched a solution that helps everyone reach their potential through purpose and guided 1:1 conversations at work. Thousands of people were building and having the most meaningful connections at work they've ever had on Imperative- feeling seen, appreciated and empowered. 🌱 #HRLeaders believed. #Employees believed. #Partners believed. #Investors believed. Fast forward to today, Chronus and their entire team #believes. Their company vision, culture and product mirrors ours.
