PS Model The PS (Professional Search) model is a mid-to-high-end service model in headhunting services, mainly targeting medium-sized enterprises and well-known companies, focusing on the search and recruitment of professional talents as its main service content. The service target of the PS model is usually well-known enterprises in the industry, including services such as job analysis, talent assessment, and talent introduction. The service fee of the PS model is relatively high, but it can provide more accurate talent recruitment services for companies, helping them to recruit more suitable talents. 3. MPC Model The MPC (Mass Production & Cost Effective) model is a low-end service model in headhunting services, mainly targeting small and start-up companies, focusing on the search and recruitment of a large number of talents as its main service content. The service target of the MPC model is usually small and start-up enterprises in the industry, including services such as job posting, resume screening, and interview arrangement. The service fee of the MPC model is relatively low, but it can provide companies with fast, convenient, and low-cost talent recruitment services, helping companies quickly solve talent shortages. The choice of headhunting service model should be determined according to the actual situation and needs of the company.
