Google Glass flopped due to high prices, privacy concerns, and an awkward design, misjudging customer needs. Coca-Cola's "New Coke" fiasco in 1985 showed the power of customer loyalty and the importance of not tampering with a beloved brand. Frito-Lay's fat-free snacks that caused "anal leakage" highlighted the risks of weakening core product attributes. I know, I cringed too. Toys 'R' Us stocking "Breaking Bad" collectibles demonstrated the need to carefully consider audience sensitivities and brand alignment. Marketing drives a brand's success or failure. We understand your customers, protect brand equity, and make strategic, customer-centric decisions. If you'd like to discuss how to bulletproof your marketing strategy and avoid damaging your brand, I'm a message away.

CART BEFORE THE 🐴🐴 So, here’s a thing, if you want to BE the part, you’ve gotta LOOK the part AND ACT the part. An (ex) client of mine wanted to give his brand communication a fresh look, a facelift. This meant challenging the typical ‘logical’ 🧠 approach to communication in the category to project a more human ‘emotional’ ❤️ brand personality. Our relationship never evolved beyond email AND a quote for the brand strategy work. I see that the visuals that they are using are more ‘emotional’ now, but the communication fails miserably, because it’s got NO brand strategy to support it. It is simply a picture. You cannot put your cart before your horse when it comes to brand messaging, it will not work. If you want your brand to LOOK the part, then you need to tee this up in your positioning, promise, proposition & messaging so it also ACTS the part. A bright, new, shiny TV Ad or a series of different images alone will never deliver impact nor credibility.

Excited to share insights on brand management and visibility! As a branding & communications expert, I've witnessed the power of a strong brand in driving business success. 🔥 A brand isn't just a logo or a product; it's the essence of what a company stands for. It's about creating a memorable experience for your audience, building trust, and fostering loyalty. This flyer isn't just a piece of paper; it's a representation of our client's brand story, values, and unique offerings. It's designed to capture attention, evoke emotions, and ultimately drive action. ✨ In today's competitive landscape, visibility is key. It's not enough to have a great product or service; you need to ensure your target audience knows about it. That's where strategic brand management comes in. It's about crafting a consistent and compelling narrative across all touchpoints, from social media to print materials like this flyer. 🌟 I'm passionate about helping businesses elevate their brand presence and maximize visibility. If you're looking to take your brand to the next level, let's connect! Together, we can create impactful strategies that resonate with your audience and drive results. 💪 #BrandManagement #Visibility #BrandingExpert #Communications #BrandStrategy #FlyerDesign #BusinessSuccess #BrandStory #LoyaltyBuilding

It's the art of shaping and expressing your brand's identity, values, personality, and messages across various channels and touchpoints. On the other hand, 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. Let's dive into the world of brand communication and look at its individual pillars. 𝟏.𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 At this stage, the focus is on spreading brand visibility and reaching new people within your target audience who haven't encountered your brand before. In this phase, 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 plays a significant role to catch potential customers' attention. However, brand awareness communication is not just about appearances; it's about conveying your key messages about your brand's purpose, mission, vision, background story, and the product(s) or service(s) you offer. Your 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 should be clear, compelling, and consistent to make a lasting impact on your audience. You might be wondering now what are the rest 3 phases and what to do in each of them. 👉 Read my #blog article by clicking on the link in the first comment, and get actionable insights to refine your brand communication strategy. #BrandAwareness #BrandBuilding #BrandStrategy #PwGcommunication
