Much like 'Intel Inside,' these individuals are the backbone of our companies, the product and technical innovators extraordinaire who tirelessly push boundaries to turn the seemingly impossible into reality. They are the Innovators, who look beyond recognition. These remarkable men and women dedicate sleepless days and nights to conceptualizing, designing, and implementing groundbreaking solutions. Their goal extends beyond personal gain – it's about meeting the needs and well-being of consumers and communities, creating shared values along the way. They are inspired by impact, not fame. What sets these GOATs apart is their humility. Unlike those driven by the spotlight, they find inspiration in their time on the field, constantly learning and unlearning to better understand the needs of people. Their motivation lies in making a tangible difference. Today, I want to acknowledge and salute these passionate individuals who, like the 'Intel Inside,' silently power the engines of innovation within their companies. It's a reminder that behind every successful product or concept, there's a team of unsung heroes making it happen. Let's always appreciate the technical teams that often work behind the scenes.  POV: Times Square is not a spot reserved only for the elites anymore. Last year, we took a pledge to shoot your personal brand to peak, and in that hope, we launched a campaign called “#BeAvailable”. We featured some of our prodigious creators, professionals and experts on billboards of Times Square and the phenomena became an overnight sensation.  As a company, topmate.io thrives on experimenting, we always try giving the best possible resources to our creators, be it through manual networking, periodic community challenges/ campaigns or simply sharing insightful data. And here we are, back with same zeal and warmth with #BeAvailable 2.0, this is an immensely proud moment for me and I obliged to all the efforts that each of our participants has put in.  My team members  Dinesh Singh and Shubham Khoker visited Times Square to get the ground details about the same, they measured the scale and impact of live execution of our campaign.  Honestly, the past nine months were full of relentless working and sleepless nights.  As a result, we have been able to scale our daily transactions from 10,000 to 7 lakhs, with a whopping 4000+ monthly active user base. That said, Topmate’s priority still remains undistracted, it is to provide you with the best possible platform that helps you earn your worth. As some of you may know, I've made a leap from the brand side to the agency side just a couple of months ago, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute whirlwind of excitement! 🌪️ Joining Chtrbox as an Associate Lead has been nothing short of exhilaration. The team at FERMÀT is growing every week—in February alone we added 5 new people to our 30 person company. The best part about this? Every new team member brings a fresh perspective into some aspect of our business. When new employees come in, they are detached from any form of biases or habits that exist within our established organization — which is great. Being in the company for so long, there’s an inertia that builds up, and you start to do things a certain way without questioning them. But now, having contrasting opinions come into the fold is healthy for developing learnings. One of the many anecdotes of that comes from our account manager Ryan Sondhi: Ryan is exceptional, and came to us with years of ad buying experience. As soon as he was in the door, he had strong ideas about how we should participate in DPA and catalog ads on Meta. Not only that, but he started to point flaws in our testing structure and helped us refine our client experience. We had a process in place for 6 months, and in his first 10 days, he made a direct impact on the future of our business. Examples like this seem to happen every month with new team members that come to FERMAT. We’re gathering learnings as we grow our team and scale our operation. And as a founder, I couldn’t ask for a better culture.

When you get into the market face to face will always beat a virtual call or a regular phone call! Why? Because relationships are built in person. Excited to join forces with Patreon and help build the all-in-one platform for creators. So many people have played an important role in helping build this company - too many to list here - but special thanks to my co-founders Shray Bansal and Nigel Egrari and board members Kirsten Green and Scooter Braun. I can't think of a better home for Moment than Patreon. It's the most creator-first company on the planet, fighting to empower the creative class in the face of algorithmic power. Anyone can feel the authenticity of this mission within just a few minutes of speaking with Patreon CEO Jack Conte, who I’ve gotten to know over the last three years before this deal. It’s real. Not only does Moment and Patreon already serve so many of the same creators (Bad Friends Pod, Pentatonix, Small Town Murder, and many more), we’ve been sharing a similar product roadmap around further bridging the gaps between content, community, and commerce. Creator worlds. Ultimately, fragmentation hurts everyone, and so I’m glad we've arrived at a 4x win here: an integrated, unified experience for creators and consumers, and a stronger business for Moment and Patreon.

The Battle. No, I am not talking about the over-hyped, wanna-be gladiator Logan Paul type promotional event that eventually died off. I am talking about the battle that will redefine the global markets. It is obvious that these two titans are engaged in a platform war and the epic battle continues to intensify. 🗝 The Key - don't focus on who the winner might be... I mean, it will still be interesting to see. 🤔 The Focus- set your sights on the immense value that will be delivered. If you look closely, you will notice the overall strategy that is being applied by both Zuck and Elon. Can't see it? Let me help: 1. Value Innovation - the success of Meta and X lies in part in its ability to provide a unique value proposition, such as connecting people globally and creating new ways for creators to get compensated for their work. 2. A Redefined Market Space - both Zuck and Elon understand how to redefine markets like no other which prevents competition from eating their margin. 3. Non-Traditional - the tech industry is measured by innovation, not tradition. The fact that both Zuck and Elon continue to focus on the future of commerce will benefit us all. 4. Market Creating Innovation - my personal favorite. Both Meta and X understand and emphasis customer value. They are always offering a product or services that customer's didn't know they needed. Purpose of this post - instead of preparing for a battle, put all of your time and efforts in realigning your business strategy where you are creating new market spaces instead of fighting in an overcrowded one. Both Zuck and Elon may want us to think they are battling it out, but the truth of the matter is they are realigning their business strategy for growth and making competition irrelevant.
