Automation doesn’t need to be complex. It can be a simple yet highly effective workflow that can solve the tasks we face every day. To find automation opportunities, just ask yourself which repetitive tasks take up a lot of time and can be described clearly and simply. Algorithms and AI work best with straightforward instructions. The clearer we are, the better the results. Many businesses have tried AI but gave up because they didn't know how to use it properly. They don’t know about prompt engineering, can't find processes to automate, and their AI experience stops at chatting with ChatGPT. I guess, it was fun, but they missed how it could solve real problems. I believe the future of AI is in workflows. AI that automates processes, boosts efficiency, and handles simple tasks. Or a bigger task that will be handled by a crew of AI agents, each in charge of a different simple task. ChatGPT exposed the worst aspects of the human condition and the conditioning of humans. Humans are social and pack creatures who instinctively will follow each other to what is perceived safety and security. The best example of this is management teams that circumvent the interview and meritocracy processes by following a leader as part of the "team" from organization to organization when that leader changes jobs. In America, humans are conditioned to view money as the supreme expression of value and power in society. When you combine those two you get an explosion of chatter about AI in the business community over the last 8 months about a "new technology" that has been around for 70 years. In a rush to capitalize on AI, people with zero experience in technology became overnight experts in AI based on ChatGPT. And overnight the market is full of AI experts who have no background in systems engineering, business process management, integration, product management, software development, or solutions. These overnight experts if challenged to produce any original concepts they have created using the foundational principles of algorithmic programming or artificial intelligence from 2010-2020. (crickets🦗) In the ocean of noise created during the stay-at-home measures of The Pandemic in 2020, no one but the technologists who had been working with AI and Big Data for decades was talking about AI and its potential. Fast forward to July of 2022, and not a peep from businesses about AI. Then boom in April 2023, everyone in the business community is an AI expert because of ChatGPT. Meaning no one with real experience manipulating and training AI and LLMs or designing AI products/solutions can cut through the noise. #innovate

Today, we made a big, yet silent, release. It's AI agents. We released the first integration with ChatGPT at the end of 2022. In 2023, I created tens of end-to-end AI flows for our best clients; hundreds of our clients create AI integrations in their Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp bots via self-serve. We understood the possibilities and limitations of LLMs. How to combine GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Llama, and other LLM and in which tasks each model works better to complete the job. Now, we release AI agents using our knowledge and mix of different LLMs and fine-tuning. Businesses can launch their entire team AI agents squad in 10-15 minutes and save tons of money. Now we have 4 of them:  First-line support agent SDR for lead qualification E-commerce Sales Associate who helps place orders Pre-sales manager for the Education business, who helps book meetings with the sales team The following 2-3 months will be challenging for us. We will improve agents' quality on significant performance data to create the best AI workers. And release new agents, of course. I'm so happy to start the year with this release.
