Does this sound like you?
Over the past 3 weeks, I've had 11 meetings with prospective new clients, with another 4 scheduled next week.
Here are the common themes I heard from them in relation to their sales challenges:
1️⃣ Much of the revenue is brought in by a few key players, who are usually senior partners/managers. This isn't sustainable
2️⃣ Whilst all of these companies have plenty of work on, they all want to shift towards working with more of the right types of clients (not just any clients)
3️⃣ There are differing levels of experience across the teams, which is leading to inconsistent sales performance
4️⃣ Many are still using discounting to win work, negatively impacting margins
5️⃣ None of these companies have a consistent approach to sales (ie a sales process), and they are all looking for one
6️⃣ Converting larger clients, is taking too long as sales cycles blow out
All this can be addressed through The Infinite Sales System® and I'd love to have an informal conversation with your organisation if you're in the same boat.
Which of these points resonate with you the most?
