The response to this post has been so overwhelming. The level of reach this post has, the amount of professionals this has resonated with, the messages I'm getting from others letting me know they've been in the same boat for years.. I am emotionally overwhelmed (i'm a Pisces 😅 ). But, it's a positive for me because speaking my truth has allowed others to see they're not alone. I wasn't expecting it to reach so many people but I'm glad it did, it fostered new connections and allowed a safe space for professionals in various fields to vent. Some of my old colleagues have been out of work for months and others just a few days, please comment or message me if you have a job openings. The employees of Biobot are amazing individuals, like I LOVED working with them. The roles they mastered include, engineering, research assistants, customer success managers, program/project managers, operation managers etc. please share this post with your network as I want to allow my coworkers the autonomy to comment themselves. I will share all roles with them privately :) Someone mentioned to me to start doing instacart/doordash etc. to keep afloat during these unpredictable times and so I'm dropping my business here for those who would like to support me! Saw the news this morning of Xerox cutting 15% of their workforce, an all-too-familiar story we've certainly seen scaled across all industries in recent months. Many of us have felt the pain of recent layoffs due to macroeconomics and the global economic turndown. 𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸 (𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 -- 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲/𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁): I.
