You might remember a decade ago when the discussion was focused on the inevitable death of the branch completely. What we seem to have learned over time, however, and was made fully evident during the pandemic, is that while the majority of customers want a quick and efficient way to do simple tasks, they want to have access to a human being for the more complex tasks.
