Coffee with notes of lime, caramel and cinnamon? I thought I knew a thing or two about coffee until I joined a two day coffee submersion at JDE’s Coffee Academy. Wow, I had no idea of the breadth and depth of flavour spaces coffee has to offer. Understanding the full process of getting to that perfect cup makes me appreciate my coffee even more. From the altitude where coffee berries are grown all the way to roasting, grinding, brewing and experiencing your perfect cup. My senses are awakened! Big thanks to Master Blender Roland Brouwer and expert trainers Raymond Bus and Hannah Kerkhoff.
