Stop gravitating (by default) to CRM solutions that are built for desk jockeys. Traditional CRMs, spreadsheets and homegrown tools fall so short for field sales teams, leading to inefficiency and missed revenue. Sales technology should enable repeatable sales processes that benefit outside sales reps, customers and the company. Salesforce and the other big bopper CRMs were never built for the dynamics that outside sales reps need. This mismatch results in poor adoption, low morale and inaccurate data. Companies end up wasting money, resources and so much time on platforms that are not actionable. #outsidesales #fieldsales
