In my context (rare books and archives), you must help teachers see the connection between your holdings and their curricular content and goals. Ask yourself: How can you bridge that gap so students engage your materials in a way that fits the course or class goals? Do that well once on a small scale and you succeed. The teachers will become your ambassadors to other faculty.
