Nothing feels better than a leader that genuinely wants to see you win 🙏🏾 There’s nothing quite like a leader who's invested in your success. Here's how you can recognise and cultivate that kind of leadership: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 🤝 Seek out leaders who offer guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. They're invested in your development and eager to see you succeed. 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤: 📈 Embrace leaders who provide constructive feedback and help you learn from your experiences. They want to see you improve and reach your full potential. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐬: 🎉 Look for leaders who celebrate your successes and acknowledge your contributions. They take pride in your achievements and encourage you to aim higher. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭: 💼 Trustworthy leaders empower you with autonomy and responsibility. They believe in your abilities and give you the freedom to make meaningful contributions. 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 🤝 Cultivate leaders who value teamwork and collaboration. They create an inclusive environment where everyone's ideas are heard and respected. When you find a leader who's genuinely invested in your success, cherish them. And strive to embody that same spirit of leadership in your own journey. #professionaldevelopment #workplaceculture #growthmindset #teamappreciation

Very true. But not everyone is always lucky.. However, that's the game and that's when you will learn to strive hard so that no one can stop you even if someone wants to.

Have been watching Jon in his Bar Rescue series, it’s amazing to watch him turn these people around and how he sets them up for success going forward. He knows you can’t fix a Business until you fix the people.
