It's happy hump day for most 🐪 but for all those in talent acquisition it's a day to celebrate all of our successes as we celebrate "Global Talent Acquisition Day" Talent acquisition can be seen as very transactional at times but i've been very lucky to work with and have worked with some of the best talent folk in their field who understand the true value of TA in transforming the landscape and success of businesses. When I first started in recruitment it was all about identifying the best people to match the companies need 🕵️♂️ however, i'm glad to see that the TA landscape has evolved and successful talent teams now encompass a broader talent management remit that drives "value add" to businesses. This morning we had some fun over a game of Pictionary 🖼️ (Catherine Butler 🏆) and reflected on some of our successes that we have achieved as a team over the last couple of years (there is so much more to celebrate but below gives you a glimpse of how great the team have been): 🙎♀️🙎♂️Over 380 hires made 🙌100% direct sourcing since last July 🤍 Disability confident level 2 achieved ⚙️ Site accessibility tool integrated on to our careers page to provide a truly inclusive process 📊 Candidate and hiring manager touch points enhanced with the introduction of CSAT (candidate) and NPS (hiring manager) surveys. 🎥 Developed our EVP (careers website revamp, added other tools) 🔎 Created talent pools and nurturing touch points Implementation of greenhouse ATS 📈 Created and developed talent metrics, benchmarking, competitor analysis and developed our reporting functionality to showcase our success and understand our blockers 🤝 Partnered with communities, universities, attended events and networked to build early careers pathway 🥈2nd in the IHR (in-house recruitment awards - 2022) for best recruitment team (under 1000 employees), best tech hiring team and best onboarding journey.
