Agile is a continuous process that goes lean and lean, improving our output, saving cost and and waste, improving efficiency and quality. I have what it takes to help your organization transition into the Agile Methodology and continuous improvement process.

As it is said, "what is worth doing is worth doing well". this has always been my motor in all I do. Finishing what i started no matter how intensive or challenging i find it, i try my best to finish it. Yes, the scrum master training with EntryLevel was intensive but giving up was not an option cos it is worth doing well. Module 1: was all about Agile and Scrum Fundamentals. Delved into fascinating world of Scrum and Agile Methodologies. From the introduction to role of a Scrum master to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Agile Principles. With these module, there was a clarification on the different behavioral and technical skills. Module 2: Working with the Agile tools equipped me with essential Visual Management and Knowledge Base skills. Also mastered the art of crafting User Stories. Module 3: Learning and practicing Facilitation sharpened my expertise in Scrum Facilitation and the effective facilitation techniques. Module 4: While enhancing my Mentoring and Coaching skill in this module, I was enlightened on the subtle distinction between mentoring and coaching, making me understand the impressive strategies for both. Module 5: Measuring Team Performance, I gained insight into fostering high-performing teams and leveraging Agile metrics for continuous improvement. Module 6: Mastering the process of Scaling Agile to an Organization had us delving deeply into the aspects of teaching and transformation, ensuring a seamless adoption of Agile practices across the organization. Module 7: In this module I was opportune to build a portfolio and showcase it to my peers, it was super amazing. Here is a copy of my portfolio which beautifully captured my Growth and Proficiency as a Scrum Master.

Agile is 23 years old this year - is it time to move on? I don't believe so. Agile is a practical antidote to the linear fallacy of product development. When was the last time you worked on a project that went through every stage from A to E, without stalling or going backwards or right back to the beginning? Perhaps for a while? Or perhaps never? Agility allows for reality. Admittedly, Agile isn't suited to every industry or business and it would be silly to say so. But to my mind, it's still one of the best workplace methodologies in project management, particularly in software and product development. And even if it's not suited to one industry I think there's a lot to be learnt from it in terms of letting go of more traditional workplace systems and linear thinking. An Agile mindset keeps projects progressing, without letting them stall, or stressing out some poor team out because they're 'behind' due to something outside their control. That kind of very human messiness is allowed. And I'm a big fan of that. We're up-to-date on changes to the Agile method and offer coaching about whether it's right for your business, how to phase it in, and how to factor in different contexts and documentation. Agile principles are always poorly applied to enterprise companies RESULTING in DELIVERY FEATURE FACTORIES. An organisation that has been restructured and flattened to prioritise efficient conversations and flow efficiency because of some silly Agile Transformation Program doesn't really happen. The result - massive dysfunction. - org charts that make no sense. - long delays to getting from idea to done because of processes and backlogs. - funding wasted on coaches and masters instead of skilled workforce who can contribute to getting work done in static teams. THIS IS ITERATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Wait this doesn't make sense and I disagree with you! It's ok. Confirmation BIAS is strong. Why ? Because many invest in agile courses, books, conferences & certifications. Worst of all - that 800 to 1k a day paycheck that comes in from selling Agile propaganda...

The more I spend time in the PM world, the more I think Agile is one of the biggest shams of our generation. Most people look at the Agile methodology as the poster child for innovation and a cure-all for project management woes. But is it, really? Let's take off those rose-colored glasses and face the harsh reality. Daily stand-ups? A tedious ritual that's more draining than collaborative. Sprints? More like marathons leading to a burnout finish line. Customer collaboration over contract negotiation? Try an open invitation for chaos. And don't even get me started on Agile's masquerade for poor planning. Agile's not the panacea it's made out to be. It's a straitjacket disguised as flexibility, stifling creativity, and leading us down a path of endless meetings and rushed, subpar work. The real agility is knowing that no methodology, no matter how trendy, can replace common sense and genuine collaboration. So let's drop the cult-like devotion to Agile and be truly agile: adaptable, thoughtful, and unafraid to question the status quo. Because if Agile's the answer, maybe we're asking the wrong question.
