Why do project management methodologies fail? Because they're usually based on a false premise: that all projects are created equal and can be managed with a one-size-fits-all approach. What's the reality? Every project is unique, with its own set of challenges and opportunities. So what's the solution? It's time to embrace an agile mindset. Agile is a philosophy, a mindset, a way of thinking. It's about being flexible, adaptable, and open to change. It's about putting people and interactions over processes and tools. It's about delivering value to the customer early and often. Agile is not a silver bullet, but it's a better way. So what are you waiting for? Embrace the revolution, take action, and start your agile journey today.

Well? Methodologies don’t fail, people misusing a method/practice fail. Agile has earned a bad reputation around the globe, for this exact reason. Bad leaders and agile charlatans, who market a practice and misuse the tools.
