Exercising regularly and eating nutrient-dense foods can improve your physical and mental health, strengthen your immune system, and lower your risk of some long-term diseases. This June, as we focus on men’s health, we encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new to help improve your health: • Consider participating in a fun new summer activity with friends and family: pickleball, disc golf, swim aerobics – or any activity that you enjoy and gets you moving. • Whet your appetite by trying in-season fruits and vegetables – fruits like peaches and plums, melons, okra, and the many varieties of tomatoes are a welcomed addition to any healthy meal. #MensHealthMonth #Exercise #Fitness #SummerFun #BalancedDiet
