Good morning, I have a message for the entrepreneur who feels they've made a mistake trying to run a company, for the one whose numbers just aren't adding up, for the one who feels overlooked and without opportunities, and for the one who has said, "I AM DONE." Do not lose focus. There is a positive end to the story if you just hold on. Swallow your pride and ask for guidance, even from the least expected person. Remember, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." – Galatians 6:9 Stay encouraged, and keep pushing forward.

Kendrick Faison I was writing offline to Nathan Hulls about how I have had to change business vehicles a handful of times. Usually, businesses in science and technology have good solid aims, but it is the way you get there that is the difficulty. There is nothing wrong with keeping a weather-eye on changing circumstances, but it can be difficult not to become obsessive and distracted. My trick is once a year, I sat down with my sales staff and we plotted our offerings for a matrix of different events. Currently, I am using rise/fall of gold and oil commodity prices. That gives me a four-cell matrix. If all cells are the SAME product/service, your stress is well-founded, you must CHANGE your business vehicle. If the cells are ALL DIFFERENT then power-on and your stress is well-founded (for something you have forgotten). Then as you say go through your written business model, look-up those advisors and make it THEIR problem. If the cells have SOME DIFFERENCES then it is YOUR problem, and your stress is well-founded. So, you can expect to be going to a few conferences or scientific meetings to break the group think and further differentiate the offering.
