Zirconia in a Hurry
I often go to #Indian restaurants with my family, where I enjoy eating #curry. Some people may not realize the immense health benefits that curry has. Dental literature shows that the curry leaf triggers the cell death of P. gingivalis, the pathogen that causes periodontal disease, and I’m glad to see how curry culture has spread across not only America but even places in Europe; in #Berlin, a classic is currywurst, a tasty fusion dish with a German sausage cut up into pieces and served with a curry topping.
When we crave curry, we go to places like Ustav in Wethersfield, CT, and when in New York, the place to go is Curry in a Hurry. It is a remarkable concept. Here you have this buffet-style eatery filled with New Yorkers who have little time to waste – taxi drivers, construction workers, the like – and they serve some of the best curries ever in a matter of seconds. They’ve mastered not only quality but quantity. Their quick service does not come at the expense of the taste of their food. This is exactly the same principle that I embody in my practice, Columbia Dental. We use the revolutionary zirconia-sintering technology of the company Shenpaz, which allows us to sinter zirconia prostheses within twenty minutes, providing maximum quality and convenience for our patients. I’d like to think that at Columbia Dental, just like Curry in a Hurry, we’re Zirconia in a Hurry. We’re fast, efficient, and take the utmost care. This is truly a unique combination.
