Do you know the difference between vanity metrics and actionable metrics? For the 1st year running the marketing team for our B2B SaaS company, I was asked to drive vanity metrics. New leads went up from 200/month -> 450/month New trials went up from 3,000/month -> 7,000/month Revenue remained flat. Ready to join me on a data journey? Let's sift our way through companies and contacts in HubSpot. The goal is to establish a sales outbound process that highlights tier 1 prospects, leverages marketing assets and enables us to cater to multiple countries with a growing team. We'll be building lead lists that the team can use to outbound. We'll be building workflows that keep lead status up-to-date based on activities. We'll be using snapADDY's resources to evaluate and improve data quality. (with resources I mostly mean the data guru Severin Simmler) We'll be clustering and hopefully reducing properties across entities. We'll be disqualifying plenty of contacts and companies. I'll be documenting the major milestones and next steps here. Happy to hear your feedback and questions. Starting Point 21-02-2024: Lead Status is used sparely. Lead Entity isn't used at all. Many companies are not qualified (at least not stored in a property). Multiple contacts are associated with two or more companies. Most of them are without a label. A lot of companies are owned but not actively worked on. At least, thanks to snapADDY GmbH, we do not have to worry about duplicates and wrong contact data 🙏🏻 Let's clean the house 🧹
