Quick question for my colleagues living the #recruiterlife ... When employers are #hiring for one position, but the job description includes multiple uses of a title for another role, does it typically mean the client wants 2 roles in 1 or can it be written off as an admin error? For example, I've seen many HR Coordinator positions posted, but their job descriptions include a LOT of HRBP or HR Manager responsibilities. Sometimes, vice versa. It feels weird from a jobseeker perspective, because I would assume a company would not want to blur those lines, especially if they're wanting someone with 5+ years experience. Ya know? ____________ #recruiter #hr #admin #leadership
