Talent is good. But if you have the wrong intentions, that talent is worthless. Practice is better, but if you don’t follow through and or don’t work hard, you won’t gain anything. Passion is the best. You have to have the passion in order to make the talent and practice to work together for the good. This quote is referring to the game of badminton. Of course this message can apply to any sport, and a list of other things. But in the game of badminton, if you have the passion for the game, and you have the talent and practice, you will be good at badminton. We are not saying talent and practice are bad or don’t work. What we are saying is that if you don’t have the passion in the beginning, talent and practice are wasted. Have passion and the rest will come along for the ride. Have a great Wednesday! #talent #talentisgood #practice #practiceisbetter #passion #passionisbest #hardwork #practicepracticepractice #keepatit #motivation #motivationalquotes #motivational #businessmotivation #businessmotivational #wednesday #wednesdaymotivational #wednesdaymotivation #motivationwednesday #3riversales

7 Important things Sports (Badminton) Taught me 🏸 In the world of badminton, I found more than just a sport. It became a journey of self-discovery, teaching me invaluable life lessons that extend far beyond the court. Here are the top 7 things badminton taught me: ➡️Perseverance: That dive in the attached video symbolizes the power of never giving up - no matter how many times I fell, I got up and went for it again! ➡️Resilience: Failure is a stepping stone to success. Those initial misses didn't deter me; instead, they fueled my determination to succeed! ➡️Patience: Mastering the intricate shots took time and practice, but I learned that patience pays off in the end! ⏳ ➡️Focus: Amidst fast-paced rallies, I honed my focus and learned to stay in the zone, both on and off the court! 🎯 ➡️Adaptability: Every opponent posed unique challenges, prompting me to adapt my strategies and thrive in diverse situations! 💡 ➡️Discipline: Badminton instilled in me a sense of discipline, pushing me to set goals, stay consistent with training, and strive for continuous improvement! 🏸✨ Check out the video of a random practice session this morning! #Badminton #LifeLessons #Perseverance #Discipline #personalgrowth

I am doing #badminton besides #cycling and #running. Each sport has a different specific function - so is badminton. In badminton, there are many things that I get besides training my physique. One example is the speed of #DecisionMaking. For example, when my opponent smashes the shuttlecock towards me, in split seconds, I have to read where the shuttlecock is going and I have to read my opponent's position at that time and then continue by having a vision of where I will put the ball (#strategy). And it goes that way throughout the game. What I get from this sport is naturally applied in various aspects of my own life. In the professional world, strategy is an important part for a #business or job to gain #success. That is the relationship between sports and all aspects of life. How about yours? Keep #sporty & #healthy! - Rio Dwisandy Simon

What is the Best advice your father has given you - 1 I was in 10th and was a good Badminton and Table tennis player. I was selected for the school Badminton team, but lost the last game narrowly and was not selected in the TT team. Someone advised me to ask my father to approach the sports teacher and recommend me for the team. My father never liked recommendations. When everyone in the family pressurised him as everyone else was doing it, he reluctantly agreed but asked me a question . Why do you require my recommendation ? I play as good as the player selected. It was a bad day that I lost that last match. Why you do not require recommendation for the Badminton team ? I am the good player. I am the backbone of the team. Why will I require any recommendation. This means that you require recommendation because you are on the borderline. You require a push inside. I will not do that. Never be on the border line. Work hard and be on the top. Secondly do not try to get everything, work on your strengths, be competitive there, enjoy the rest. That year our Badminton team won the district championship. Further on I was part of many Badminton teams. Enjoying TT since then. #father #advice #recommendation #boundaryline #top #badminton #tabletennis #team
