Niels works on a daily basis with NIRAS' Danish and Norwegian railway projects, e.g. the Banedanmark and Norwegian Bane NOR. And to him, just as important as knowing the market and customers' challenges is building a good relationship founded on quality work and collaboration. 🤝🚆

For Niels, this dialogue can be done almost anywhere: through coffee meetings, walk-home meetings, during short informal phone calls and even at the Nordics' largest railway conference, RAILcph. ☕
Upon joining NIRAS, he was particularly surprised by the culture at the company, adding that the multinational firm has a strong structure, made evident through his meetings with colleagues. 🏢
