Thomas Anthony Lailey de Ville’s Post

A weekend dominated by sport in my household, where I watched (my hero) Saka achieve penalty redemption and England progress, where I also ran a cross country trial off-road marathon yesterday! Facing gust winds and flooded muddy banks , staying upright seemed the real challenge rather than finishing the marathon itself!! As Thomas Hal Robson-Kanu said in a post earlier… “Sometimes it isn't smooth sailing, but the attention to detail is what makes the difference”. Sometimes in business and in sport, the process means you face the unexpected, deal with the elements and get the result you wanted - success isn’t a straight line. In my case, the win is spreading awarenesss for the Hospice UK foundation. An honour to raise money for the great work they do, 16 marathons in 16 months is the goal - 10 to go… 🏃♂️ Wishing my network a fantastic weekend 🚀
