Its focus recognizes large and mid-size companies with over 5,000 employees and between 1,000 to 5,000 employees, respectively. The selection process involved a comprehensive assessment of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an extensive anonymous online survey of diverse employees, which resulted in over 1.5 million company reviews. The top-scoring companies, spanned 78 industries, included notable names such as A+E Networks, American Savings Bank, Boeing, Live Nation, PDQ, and SurveyMonkey.
