So we aired a commercial during the Super Bowl! 🏈 Taking a moment to express my deepest gratitude to our exceptional team and partners who made this milestone possible.
Back in 2020, Kevin Bache and I embarked on the journey of creating Phoenix (YC W21) with a simple mission: to provide accessible and convenient health care solutions for men in Canada. Quietly, steadily, we’ve been growing, and today, we stand proudly behind what we’ve achieved. Every email from a customer simply saying “thank you” or declaring us “man’s best friend” resonates deeply with the purpose driving us forward.
I have personally struggled to find reliable healthcare for decades. Over the past two decades, I’ve lost count of the family physicians I’ve lost – well four, to be exact! One left the country, and another closed his practice because they found the ER less stressful than the clinic. The quest for care, especially in major Canadian cities, is an uphill battle. Alternative options often also lack the personal touch. (Ask me about the time I gave a doc feedback on his stand-up set mid-examination!) Phoenix was born out of this need – to equip men with the tools to address health concerns conveniently and discreetly.
We’ve always maintained a low profile, and we intentionally have stayed very lean. However, this year brought about significant milestones. We tripled our team size and decided to embrace larger marketing initiatives. When we met Arrivals + Departures we knew we had met a team who understood our brand, our story, and how to deliver a message that can resonate so well with guys in Canada.
This marks a new chapter in our journey – and ironically, this is just the beginning for us. Heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at Phoenix, our dedicated care providers, and partners like A+D who’ve been instrumental in our growth.

In 2015, Rémy Cointreau was launching the final phase of their global campaign 'One Life, Live Them' which saw the #brand#reposition themselves as a young, vibrate brand celebrating its dynamic target #audience.
Our #agency delivered over a period of 18 months on a go-to-market #strategy which dealt with #repositioning the brand, building #awareness and product trial, increasing #sales distribution within HORECA, over-shadowing the secondary market and ultimately capturing a substantial share of the #cognac market in #Ghana.
To kick start, the client asked for a launch which would be the best party of the year…we took it up a notch and made it the best #experiential party-ever! 😝

Fantastic brand exposure for C&C at last week's EFL Trophy, northwest derby between Stockport County FC and Manchester United U21s. With Live coverage on ESPN and footage of the penalty shootout shared across social media, the C&C brand was put in front of millions of viewers and subscribers. We’ve pushed the boundaries AGAIN!!! Super Bowl LVIII in Viva Las Vegas was a mind-blowing, bucket-list experience for our hard-working JB Hi-Fi incentive winners...
They had the hottest tickets in town and we loved nothing more than creating a trip of a lifetime that not only rewarded behaviour, but drove it in-store during the pre-trip campaign:
81.8% of winners reported increased sales performance
72.7% implemented more creative sales techniques
63.6% reported deeper brand engagement
More than a third noticed improved team culture, bonding and morale.
The trip itself…? OMG XP…? Both scored a 100% satisfaction rating.
