One of our team members faced financial challenges from decisions made without asking what was available to them. I only wish they had reached out to me sooner. Seize the opportunity to empower yourself by asking about your options. 💪 Pro tip: Review the handbook first, bring your question about the broad topic (e.g. qualifying events for benefits) to your HR representative and ask, "Can you tell me what qualifying events are for benefits enrollment?"
