Flexibility. Is what our customers and prospects are telling us is one of the most important considerations when thinking about their office space. I would agree with Bisnow that location is very important, given the push for employees to #returntotheoffice in some capacity. We are seeing many groups relocate out of the city, since their employees and owners live in the suburbs and beyond. But I am not sure that the amenities wars are over.
