⏳ EU HTA Updated Rolling plan - Delayed Implementing Acts ⏳ Earlier today, the European Commission released an updated rolling plan detailing the expected timeline for adoption of the Implementing Acts (IAs) governing the upcoming EU HTA Regulation. ⌚We are close! - The timetable for the publication of the Implementing Acts (IA) for the EU HTA Regulation has been updated and the IA defining the JCA has been postponed to Q1 2024. Of course this is just an official confirmation of what has been clear, since the original timetable at the end of last year was not met. In addition, the news from Brussels has already made the rounds. But now it seems we are close: Only 6 weeks left for Q1 and the European Commission seems confident.
