Total Workforce Health is a holistic and integrated approach which puts the worker at the center and connects the physical, psychological, and social aspects of work. Total Workforce Health will help us to create a resilient, engaged and fulfilled workforce, supporting psychological wellbeing in and out of workplace. With the right balance we can all bring our best selves to work and ensure that we continue to serve our patients. I was honored to participate with L.
