To that effect, we have gotten the best brains, reputable organizations and credible institutions from across the world to come on board this remarkable project. With 2 years of planning, this event will be the biggest entrepreneurship event the world has seen, with 12 events happening simultaneously. The lineups of the event are; Conferences, Trade Fair, Women’s Congress, Bootcamp, Business Pitch, Networking and Collaboration, Innovation & Robotics Expo, Hackathon, Art/Creative Exhibition, Fashion Show and Concert. The Hult Prize is focused on helping young people with lots of potential to solve big problems in the world. These creative young people have ideas for solving big problems in a way that meets the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-17). SDG-17 is a set of problems that, when fixed, will make the world and its people peaceful and prosperous. Former US President Bill Clinton recently unveiled the 2024 Hult Prize Challenge at our Global Finals event in Paris. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫'𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 "𝐔𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃". The competition is celebrating its 15th anniversary. Every year, the Hult Prize officials choose a topic that matches one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and this year, the topic is Unlimited. This topic recognizes that the Sustainable Development Goals are connected and depend on each other. We need to solve complex problems with new and creative ideas that go beyond the usual way of doing things. Teams in the competition get lots of good things and chances. By coming up with new ideas and trying new things, they can discover many new things. They can offer strong solutions to complex problems that match the main idea of the Hult Prize. The main idea is about making things work for everyone and being able to help a lot of people. It encourages projects that can make a big impact in different communities around the world. If so, Innovate UK are offering up to 50 UK based micro, small, or medium sized businesses with a woman as a founder, co-founder, or senior decision maker up to £75,000 in grant funding along with bespoke business growth support and networking opportunities through the Women in Innovation Award 2024/25. But what makes a successful, compelling application? Who specifically is this award interested in helping? 1. 💯 Individual excellence: Individuals with the capability, experience, and personal drive to become leaders in not only business and innovation, but to become role models for their region, sector, and to young people. Awardees are required to volunteer as a role model for at least five days over the 12 month duration of the award, helping to generate interest in your stories and business. 2. 💡 Game changing novel idea or business idea: This grant is aimed at helping businesses develop highly disruptive and ground-breaking innovations, beyond incremental improvements on existing technologies/ideas. 3. 🗺 Regional focus: Innovate UK funding has historically been largely awarded to companies within London and the South West, so while this award is available for all regions of the UK consider applying especially if you are from a historically less represented region.
