🚀 "We Connect" and "We Connect ID." App became the "Volkswagen App" 📲   All users of the #WeConnect and #WeConnectID App now have a standardised app at their disposal: The Volkswagen App. In recent weeks, users of the "We Connect" app have been notified via push messages to download the new Volkswagen app from the Appstore. The familiar core functions will be retained. New features will be added gradually.   In addition to the name, the new version includes a new logo and revised #design. After the update, customers will find the familiar and contractually guaranteed functions as usual. No new registration of the services is required, just a login with the Volkswagen ID.   With the Volkswagen app, all vehicles can now be managed in just one app and it is no longer necessary to use different applications for vehicles with combustion engines and electric vehicles. The adapted design can also be found in other customer touchpoints such as the Volkswagen website or the operating and display systems in the vehicles, thus ensuring a harmonised and intuitive customer experience. 🚐 📱 #VWCV #WeTransportSuccessFreedomFuture

Tata Motors & Tata Motor IRA App As a customer I am impressed with the quality and performance of your cars. However, I am disappointed with the current state of the Tata Motors iRA app. Despite its potential, the app is plagued with several issues: Performance: The app is quite slow and often fails to connect to the server. Login Issues: It frequently logs me out and sometimes doesn't even allow me to log back in. Functionality: Overall, it hardly functions as intended, making it difficult to rely on for regular use. It's clear from the Apple App Store rating of 3.3 stars that many users are experiencing similar frustrations. Tata Motors, you make 5-star rated cars. Please ensure your supporting apps are just as reliable and efficient. A seamless digital experience is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards associated with your brand. Kudos to BMW Group for being the first manufacturer (that I know of) to include an interactive charging curve in their mobile app. It’s encouraging to see manufacturers recognizing that the needs and wants of EV drivers are different than drivers of ICE vehicles.
