Experienced EHS Leader at Amgen; Passionate about our mission to serve patients.

Last night, David Bueche, MS, CSP and I represented Amgen EHS at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) President’s Donor Appreciation Dinner. It was a moving event where we learned about the impact of various endowments and scholarships on students. In 2020, following the loss of a beloved colleague, our EHS DI&B team collaborated with Amgen and CSUN to establish a scholarship in his honor. Since then, approximately a dozen Environment and Occupational Health students have been supported in pursuing their educational goals. Thanks for sharing Maritza. I hadn't heard about the scholarship in Matt's honor. What a great way to remember him and support EOH students.
