Talent & Culture | Human Resources Professional | Employee Relations | Strategic HR Partner | Talent Acquisition
I've often been told that "nice guys finish last" and that I'll never succeed as a leader because of my empathy. But my journey has proven otherwise. Throughout my career, I've learned that empathy isn't a weakness – it's a superpower. It's not about being a pushover; it's about understanding, connecting, and leading with heart. 🌍 Empathy has allowed me to: ✨ Build deep, meaningful relationships . 🌈 Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusivity in my workplace. 🔥 Motivate and inspire others to bring their best selves to the table. 📈 Drive innovation and creativity by embracing diverse perspectives. Rather than holding me back, my empathetic nature has propelled my career in the most wonderful way. It's not about finishing first or last, it's about leaving a positive impact on the people and projects I encounter. So, to all my fellow "nice" professionals out there, remember: Embrace your empathy, lead with kindness, and watch how your career can take off in ways you've never imagined. 🚀💙

Although She+ Geeks Out was established 11 years ago (this June), we didn’t officially incorporate until nine years ago, today! Since then, we’ve trained over 18,000 people in creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. 😍 Founded and owned by two incredible women, Rachel Murray and Felicia Jadczak, we’ve equipped women+ with the tools and skills necessary to create meaningful change. Through our community, we’ve been able to extend our impact way beyond just 18,000. We’ve empowered and impacted many more lives with our resources, public programs, workshops, and the efforts of our former trainees. 👏 She+ Geeks Out made a mark on the workplace nine years ago and we continue our commitment to make the world a place where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered! 💪 We’re beyond thankful to our community for trusting us on your DEI journeys to help guide you in continuous learning and development. We’re looking forward to more years and so many more lovely people joining our community. ❤️ In celebration of our nine-year formation, head over to https://hubs.li/Q02q-9wj0 to explore exclusive promotions and resources to honor 11 years of geeking out and nine years as a women-owned business! 🔗✨ As we continue the celebration, we’d also love for you all to share your She+ Geeks Out stories in the comments. 💬 Description: Titled "It's Our 9th Birthday" to the left in large maroon text, followed by "as a corporation & women-owned business" in smaller, all-caps text. To the right are five circles formatted in a circle with a photo of each SGO team member. Below, are two stats "18,000+ people trained since 2015" and "100,000+ lives impacted by our resources and programs," in bold, dark orange text. At the bottom is our username "@shegeeksout" to the left and our SGO logo to the right, both in maroon. #WomanOwned #WomenOwned #InclusiveWorkplaces #WorkplaceInclusion #WorkplaceEquality #WorkplaceEquity #Inclusion #Inclusivity #DEI #DEIConsulting #DEITraining #DiversityandInclusion #DiversityEquityInclusion #SGO #SheGeeksOut

Whatever Right or Wrong LG teams do is termed by LG as What is Right in a unilateral fashion. Whatever Right the consumers do & say is Right which is termed by LG as What is not right. Whatever Right the Consumer Protection Act or Rules say LG teams declare them ingenuine and that is not Right. Whatever Right NCDRC website says LG teams term it What is not right and not understood by LG teams. But finally, whatever fake narratives LG teams create, use and continue for years together LG teams term it What is Right. This is the undemocratic misperception of LG. LG gets reactions also from marketing trainees etc and not from the real users and consumers which leads to speaking about poor after-sales services by LG teams and What is Right and that is the glory of LG teams.
