Ouch on Mistral. I think they deserve a bit more cred than that.

Thanks for sharing. Surprised Google is the leader with best position as I thought there is more work to be done on their models to show accuracy and performance. Confused if this is models assessment or AI/ML dev tools evaluation. If former, unclear why databricks would be present as I only saw databricks offering platform for AI model lifecycle mgmt and not a model of its own. Seems we need more info of their report to synthesize this wave. Matei Zaharia - congrats either way for gaining good position on the wave. I like databdicks as a product for AI/ML ops tool and hope it helps with creating more sales wins and tooling for developers.

Kudos to Databricks but surprise to see Anthropic as the contender 🤔 keep me wondering what decision criteria used?

Forrester seems to be right based on their metrics: Microsoft’s Phi models are small and mighty but overshadowed by OpenAI, AWS’s Amazon Titan will reach new heights but must do so quickly whereas Google’s Gemini combines a world-class model with enterprise cloud services. Google’s flagship model, Gemini, came out of its Google DeepMind research division, focused on cutting-edge AI models and research.

Kudos to Databricks. I clearly see the impactful work the company is doing. However, out of curiosity, how is Google at the very top? If anything, their products have been shown to be pretty far behind and half-baked when compared to OpenAI. (Fyi, I'm a big fan of Google for all their innovative work)

Why is Inflection.AI missing? They offer the top-notch companion personal assistant app, PI. Although Microsoft has recruited a significant portion of their skilled team, the app continues to advance. It also provides nearly instantaneous updates on current news. It has become my preferred voice assistant.
