The results are in, and here's how you voted: 🎓 16% came directly from a Graduate qualification 🧑🏻💻 6% are self-taught or developed skills via online training 🧑🏻🏫 41% landed their role from on the job learning/ mentoring 🔀 38% transitioned across from from another industry Are you surprised at all to learn that just 16% of those who voted landed straight from a graduate role?
