Organizing your day: With things happening so fast around us it’s important to be ready. Being ready requires a level of organization depending on your needs. Personally, I organize my day using the calendar in my phone and also a physical planner. It helps to write things down like appointments, due dates, etc and cross reference them in my phone. When you go to your GP Do you like to see the same person each time? The doctor who knows your medical history. And knows you by name. Or would you rather be seen be a different person every visit? Begin every appointment at square one? I think we'd all choose to see someone who's familiar with our background. Because that means they can easily see what challenges we're likely to face And can help us come up with ways to solutions any issues that arise Because of the shared history there. When it comes to your IT The same thing applies. You can work with a team with a rotating roster Which means you'll end up explaining your situation in detail Every time you ring up with a problem. Or you can work with someone like me And get the same person each time. Someone who's keenly familiar with you and what you need. The choice is up to you. But, if it were me, I know what I'd do.
