The #1 reason YOU can’t lose body fat and live a PREMIUM quality of life is because you don’t have a good enough WHY! You focus on the external work (ie: working out, eating well, doing cardio…) for a few weeks and GIVE UP. You need to look internally at WHY you’re doing it wether it’s to have your kids look up to you or to be able to grow up without pain and still be able to outrun your cocky son/daughter;) START WITH WHY then the execution becomes 10X easier. Especially during HARD times.
