Another bright & shiny day in the city 😀 Its kicked off busy - I’m working on a heavy hitting role in one of my favourite sectors - Mechanical Engineering of course! Although i am currently growing my focus around sales recruitment- i will always be here to support you in your engineering needs - its a specialised area that i adore! Open job vacancies and property for sale - the age old connection. This one is old but gold, and sadly many businesses still fall foul of this today.   Let’s explore the picture below – surely the more agents there are working to sell the property, the higher chance the property sells, and sells quickly. Correct? Yeah, maybe. You might get that initial flurry of buying customers who are interested to talk about a fresh property on the market.
