This book looks like a great leadership read!

As individuals, we are constantly faced with challenges and obstacles that test our resilience and character. Rather than simply enduring these difficulties, it's important to take advantage of them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. By approaching challenges with a growth mindset, we can learn valuable lessons that will make us stronger leaders, better friends, and more resilient individuals. Remember, it's not the difficulties themselves that define us, but how we choose to respond and grow from them that really matters in our personal and professional development. Powerful Lesson, we need to growth to the next level as leaders

Just finished the "Art of Leadership" by Michael Lopp. I picked up a copy of Lopp’s latest book after seeing him talk at #CTOCraftCon recently. The book itself is more a collection of blog posts covering a wide range of topics, too many to mention here. There are some recurring threads though around communication (both gathering through 1:1s and listening to the stories we tell ourselves, as well as sharing), promoting a challenge culture (where people are willing to tell each other hard things, where you are open to others changing your mind), and how to invest in yourself as a leader.
