This is by far, one of the most important uses of computer vision and AI innovation, it was one of the first things that made me think these new technologies are absolute game changers in day to day life for a lot of people. I can only imagine the difference it would make to do something basic as shopping for groceries and have a computer vision companion describing everything around, every product, and guiding a person with visual impairment or low vision through this process, as well as other ordinary activities. Now we need to continue developing more tools and make them as accessible as possible to everyone. #AI #ComputerVision #Accessibility
