BUT, there's often low retention and a real disconnect between those managing the interns and the interns themselves. My internship at Calvetti Ferguson consisted of working on many different projects. Check out one of my favorite projects that me and my fellow marketing intern Sophia Villarreal spearheaded throughout the past two months. This project was an intern "takeover" in which each department of interns got to takeover Calvetti Ferguson's Instagram stories for a week at a time to introduce themselves, answer any questions about the work they do in their department, ask trivia questions, and do a day-in-the-life of their internship.
