Today most of FinHero management team is in KL to have a kickoff meeting with our new stake holders NTT Data.
It took us about 5yrs to get to this milestone.
Many have been asking me recently "so what's next?"
Have been thinking about this a lot....below is my summary
Bringing FinHero from zero, to where we are today has been very very challenging, and I have seen many "startup casualties" along the way, the statistic which says 90+% startups fail is very real! I am grateful FinHero is not part of that 90+%
We have product market fit, now we need to sell sell sell sell...
Bringing FinHero to the next milestone is going to be fun and easier for me as my corporate experience will apply at this growth stage very effectively, and most importantly FinHero team is at its best and will get better n better.
We've been winning enterprise contracts, beating the big competitors in the market, and that was before NTT Data. It surprised me that we win our tenders scoring highest technically and also giving most competitive pricing. Results like this give me confidence our offering is a market fit, and will be a market leader.
I am so looking forward to seeing FinHero transform into a regional player.
