"Beyond Tools and Meetings" Hello everyone, I just completed an excellent course on Agile Project Management through Coursera. What I enjoyed most about this course was its strong emphasis on Agile principles and values. It provided a brief overview of Kanban, Lean, and XP, before delving deeply into Scrum. One key takeaway for me is that Agile is not just about sprints, backlogs, product owners, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. It’s truly about fostering transparency, being results-oriented, and creating a healthy work environment.

📖 Worked my way through another Google Project Management Course on Coursera. This course was centered around Agile Project Management. 🎯 This training was engaging, in-depth and had some hands-on training and additional reading that helped solidify more Agile concepts for me. 🏔 Highlevel Overview - Understand how you can leverage Agile frameworks in your projects as well as how to start to introduce Agile frameworks to teams that are not familiar with the concepts.
