It can be hard to define, but there's no doubt that company culture is a vital factor in attracting and retaining the best talent. Companies need to offer a workplace environment that allows people to thrive - one that is collaborative, respectful, and inclusive. It's also essential to build trust and loyalty with employees, and this can only be achieved through a supportive and productive culture.
