Molina Healthcare is a proud national sponsor of the 2024 Unforgettable Tour, a powerful stage play from the Alzheimer's Association® and Gdavis Productions and Films, that is spreading the word about Alzheimer's — from recognizing the signs, the importance of diverse participation in clinical trials and how all families can get the support they need. The tour kicked off last weekend in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with more than 800 people in attendance. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, and more than 11 million provide unpaid care for people with Alzheimer's or other dementias. Black and Hispanic Americans are disproportionately impacted by the disease and experience greater barriers to care and underrepresentation in research. Together with the Alzheimer's Association, our providers and community partners, we are committed to fighting to end Alzheimer's and other dementias, destigmatizing Alzheimer’s and helping our communities thrive together. On World Alzheimer’s Day, we’d like to recognize people living with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers. Their participation in clinical trials is essential for developing safe and effective treatments to slow or prevent the disease's progression. Together with our clients and patient advocacy groups, we’re working to increase access, reduce the burden to participate in these important studies and help advance potentially life-changing treatments, faster. And, as part of World Alzheimer’s Month 2023, we’re helping Alzheimer's Disease International raise awareness about recognizing the risk factors associated with dementia and encouraging people and their family members to take proactive steps toward risk reduction. It’s "Never too early, never too late” to gain access to information, resources and support for yourself and those close to you. #WorldAlzMonth #WorldAlzheimersDay #ReduceRiskNow

Alzheimer's doesn't wait, and neither should we and for over a decade CHeBA’s priority has been on research into prevention and delaying the onset of cognitive decline. It's a reminder that the choices we make today can shape our brain health for years to come. Across this month we’ll be sharing tips and resources available for World Alzheimer's Month, all aimed at raising awareness and promoting a healthier future. Together, let's take action. Spread the word, share knowledge, and join the movement to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer's and other dementias. 💙🤝 #NeverTooEarly #NeverTooLate #ReduceRiskNow #WorldAlzMonth #WorldAlzheimersMonth
