Just finished the "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" training session by Dr. Tana M. Session - would definitely recommend. The 1st step is to admit that all of us will have unconscious bias - apparently there are almost 200 biases people use to make everyday decisions.
