A setback can happen anytime. Life is unfair. It hurts. An opportunity to recoup and ‘comeback’. Precious lesson. #OfficeTruths

Your skills are permanent and so is the right mindset - a setback is temporary! Skills and the right mindset will help you overcome the setbacks although it could be very uncomfortable and painful in the short term. You will bounce back and emerge stronger with the learning if you can overcome the tough phase . I am referring to professional setbacks only in this context.

When they are professional, it's easier as humans to bounce back fast, but the same on personal experiences leaves a deeper impact on the mind and soul- sometimes it's only time that can heal the consequences of the setback.

My favourite philosophy is to expect setback. Expect that things may not work work and make a decision that you will still go on.

Nathan SV: A setback need not happen only because life is unfair. Why should we blame life for everything? It can also be because of our stupidity and ill-conceived or otherwise untimely actions that lead us astray. We must take responsibility for our mistakes and learn from them rather than constantly playing the victim. We should acknowledge our role in setbacks, take steps to prevent them in the future, and ultimately grow stronger and wiser. Life may throw challenges our way, but how we respond to them is ultimately up to us.

Absolutely, Setbacks are an inevitable part of any professional journey, often occurring unexpectedly and presenting significant challenges. While they can be painful, they also offer invaluable opportunities for learning and growth. Embracing these moments can foster resilience and pave the way for a strong and successful comeback.

And..... "setback" should be always followed by "set it back...." and proceed...
