The last few weeks have been up there with the most exciting, challenging and inspiring since starting Decision Revolution The absolute highlight has been welcoming Don Gomez onboard as Principal Consultant and Chief Technology Officer. Welcome! As a team, we bring together 30+ years of experience supporting clients and the public sector to make, communicate, and implement decisions. Don has really 'hit the ground running' and providing oodles of value for our clients! And that's not all! I am so excited to share this snapshot on other exciting happenings at #DecisionRevolution: > Our current clients span state and federal governments, as well as the social enterprise sector, peak bodies and small businesses. > Our decision and evaluation processes are informing $bn investments, social, environmental and community impact, and corporate plans and strategies. > One of our projects alone will invite over 100,000 stakeholders to contribute to the decision-making process...amazing! > Our Women in Strategic Decision Making (WiSDM) training cohort received their personalised reports and workbooks this week. They are currently lifting the lid on the pitfalls, biases, strengths and weaknesses that go along with their default decision making tendencies. > We are building new and innovative tools to engage communities and stakeholders in decisions that matter to them. We are working hard to make our tools accessible and inclusive. This is so important to us, and we welcome views and contributions to make this even better. > We have a number of programs with local coaches and business associations to deliver decision making training to their clients and members. > Our articles and contributions have been published multiple times in local and online media in the past month. We love to share insights and guidance on better decision making and engagement! > Through our strategic partnerships with other consultants and training providers, we are supporting them to serve their clients - building capability, delivering workshops, coaching, and designing and implementing decision processes.
