Totally it’s worth taking the risk and delegating the right level of responsibility and authority; allowing the individual to own the work and communicate progress and results at agreed upon intervals. #delegation #leader #leadershipskills #delegatetasks #managerdevelopment #managerialskills
Effective delegation.. How does one do it? I was asked this question once and while I do not know enough theory to give a long winded answer, all I said was take a risk, let go and just do it. Bottom line is you need to feel secure enough to effectively delegate. Thats the key, methinks. Nothing else to it.
