As states are starting to figure out, there is a significant connection between social determinants of health (housing, food, childcare, employment, education, healthcare), impacting both the prevention of violence AND the wellness of our servicemembers and their families. DoD’s integrated primary prevention workforce and its military family readiness personnel should be joined at the hip to address these issues if we want to have the best chance at a healthy military force.

🤔 July is the month when primary care practices and health systems reevaluate their experience with value-based care.
